Information provided through the site

The contact form asks for a reply email address, an optional name, and your message. We use that information to read and respond to your inquiry and to correct the collection when appropriate. Contact messages are stored in the site’s database and are available only through the owner-authorized inbox. The form does not send a marketing subscription or automatically email your message to a retailer.

Please do not submit medical or resident records, dates of birth, payment card details, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. This site is not a patient portal or a retailer order-support service.

Hosting, authentication, and security

The site uses Sites hosting infrastructure and a hosted database. Hosting providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, access times, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Owner editing and private inbox access use ChatGPT sign-in. When supplied by that service, authenticated identity information is used to check owner permissions; product edits record an internal editor identifier.

To limit contact-form abuse, the application stores a one-way hash of request identification data with a message. It does not store a raw IP address in the contact-message record. Required platform authentication or security cookies may be used by the hosting and sign-in services.

Analytics and affiliate tracking

TPH has not configured advertising pixels, third-party marketing analytics, newsletter subscriptions, or affiliate commission tracking in this version. Product search and filters operate in the page and are not saved as a personal search history by the application.

If affiliate tracking or other optional measurement is introduced, this notice and the related disclosures must be updated before activation, along with any consent controls required for the actual configuration and audience.

Retailer websites

Clicking an Amazon or Walmart link opens a different website. That retailer and its sellers handle the visit, checkout, payment, and any cookies or other tracking under their own policies. TPH does not receive your retailer login, payment details, or order history through the product links in this version.

Use, access, and retention of messages

TPH does not sell or rent contact messages. Messages are kept while an inquiry is being handled or a correction needs a record and can be deleted by the owner from the private inbox. A fixed automatic deletion schedule has not been configured. Hosting providers may retain service logs or backups under their own policies.

You may use the contact form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a message you submitted. Provide enough information to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive records. TPH may need to confirm that the request concerns your information.
